Conlon Motorsports Fort McMurray is looking for a skilled and passionate Motorcycle Technician / Mechanic to join our growing Service Department.

If you know your way around motorcycles, ATVs and UTVs, have strong diagnostic skills, take serious pride in your workmanship, and would rather spend your day working on machines than staring at a desk—we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

- Diagnose electrical, fuel, engine and mechanical issues accurately
- Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, tires, brakes and inspections
- Complete major and minor engine, transmission and suspension repairs/rebuilds
- Service and repair motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs and other powersports equipment
- Accurately document work performed and parts used on repair orders




- Perform quality-control inspections and test rides to ensure repairs meet safety and performance standards
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe workstation
- Work as part of a fast-paced Service Department committed to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 5 years of professional motorcycle, ATV and/or UTV repair experience
- Strong electrical and mechanical diagnostic abilities
- Motorcycle Technician/Mechanic education, certification or manufacturer-specific factory training preferred
- Must own a complete set of professional-grade hand tools and roll cart/toolbox
- Valid driver's licence
- Valid Alberta Class 6 motorcycle licence required for motorcycle test rides
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and pride in doing the job right
- Dependable, organized and able to perform in a busy shop workplace
