Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Glazer to assist with the installation of windows, doors, glass units, frames, and related systems in both residential and commercial settings.

This is an entry-level position. No prior glazing experience is required. We are looking for someone with a solid work ethic, willingness to learn, and the ability to work safely and efficiently as part of a team.

The Role: Glazer

This position supports lead installers with on-site installation projects. Work will take place in residential homes, commercial buildings, and construction environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with installation of windows, doors, glass, and frames
- Load and unload materials safely
- Transport tools and materials to job sites
- Prepare and clean work areas
- Hold, position, and secure materials during installation
- Operate basic hand and power tools
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Maintain organized tools and equipment

This is a physically active position requiring lifting, carrying, and working on ladders.

Compensation Structure

- Hourly Wage: $16.00 – $22.00 (based on experience and capability)
- Overtime opportunities
