Duties

- Provide professional haircuts, styling, beard trims, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences
- Deliver outstanding customer service by actively engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalized recommendations
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health and safety standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Upsell retail products such as hair care and grooming items to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, greeting clients warmly, and handling payments efficiently




- Communicate clearly with clients about styling options, aftercare tips, and product recommendations to build trust and loyalty
- Assist in retail sales efforts by promoting products that complement the services provided

Experience

- Previous experience as a barber or stylist is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning recent techniques is highly valued
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse clients
- Knowledge of hair styling techniques, current trends, and sanitation practices is essential
- Excellent communication skills to effectively listen to clients’ needs and provide clear guidance
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with retail sales or upselling is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for growth opportunities

Pay: $15.00-$38.83 per hour
