Key Responsibilities - Receiving:

- Receiving of all goods from suppliers by checking corresponding PO’s with supplier packing slips
- Ensuring accuracy of quantities and part numbers ordered and noting any discrepancies on the supplier packing slips
- Ensure all materials received are moved and stored in appropriate stock areas in an expeditious manner
- Responsible for maintaining an organized and tidy work area and ensuring all paperwork is maintained and processed in an organized fashion and forwarded to the appropriate departments
- Following Company guidelines and policies relating to Health and Safety at all times with the highest priority for a secure work environment
- Wearing all PPE’s as required and following safe lifting and carrying procedures

Key Responsibilities - Shipping:

- Staging of all products/materials relating to the installation runs & deliveries
- Verifying against run-sheets for accuracy of all required materials
- Maintaining quality control through ensuring all products/materials meet Company guidelines and expectations relating to finished goods
- Assist customers with any pick up orders, including but not limited to, the loading of their vehicles




- Ensuring customers inspect and sign off on all orders leaving the premises for quality and accuracy of product, and ensure that payment has been received prior to any goods leaving the building
- Preparing returns to suppliers and ensuring proper paperwork is prepared
- Following Company guidelines and policies relating to Health and Safety at all times with the highest priority for a safe work environment
- Wearing all PPE’s as required and following safe lifting and carrying procedures

Additional responsibilities:

- Assisting in all areas of production/fabrication of glass & mirror products as required, as well as any warehouse duties.

Certification/Experience

- Forklift licence
- minimum 5 years experience shipping/receiving
- Able to lift 50+ pounds

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 44 per week
