Bilingual: Mandarin, Cantonese & English Required

StudentScholars Private School is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and bilingual Marketing & Program Coordinator to support the promotion, coordination, and growth of our inclusive after-school and weekend programs.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, experience working with families and children with special education needs, and hands-on experience using WeChat and RedNote for community outreach, marketing, and engagement.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and coordinate inclusive after-school and weekend programs.
- Support program registration, scheduling, enrolment, and parent communication.
- Regularly create, post, and manage school content on WeChat and RedNote.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with parents and families in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
- Create bilingual marketing materials, including flyers, newsletters, social media posts, and promotional content.
- Work closely with teaching and administrative staff to support student and family needs.
- Assist with coordinating programs and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Track enrolment, gather parent feedback, and support program growth and continuous improvement.
- Help build relationships within the local Chinese and multicultural communities.

Required Qualifications

- Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English,



both spoken and written.
- Experience working with children with special education needs and diverse learning needs.
- Robust experience using WeChat and RedNote, including content creation, posting, and account management.
- Previous experience in marketing, education, program coordination, community outreach, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Experience creating marketing and social media content.
- Familiarity with digital tools such as Canva, Google Workspace, and email marketing platforms.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
