Popeye’s Supplements is looking for a strong, hands-on Store Manager to lead our Davie Street location in downtown Vancouver.

This is not an entry-level management position. We are looking for someone who can lead a team, drive sales and KPIs, hold people accountable, and confidently manage the realities of a busy downtown Vancouver retail location.

What We're Looking For

- Proven retail management experience
- Strong history of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Experience hiring, training, coaching and developing a team
- Comfortable holding staff accountable and having difficult conversations when needed
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Confident managing the challenges that can come with a downtown location, including interactions involving homelessness and other difficult situations
- Genuine interest in health, wellness, supplements, fitness and training
- Reliable, professional and willing to be hands-on with the team
- Must currently live in Vancouver or the immediate Vancouver area

What You'll Be Responsible For

You will take ownership of the store—sales, KPIs, staffing, training, customer experience, inventory standards and day-to-day operations.

Most importantly,



we need someone who can build a strong team, set transparent expectations and hold that team accountable for results.

Compensation & Perks

Starting salary: $50,000/year

Following successful completion of your three-month probationary period, you will be eligible for:
