The Role

As Sales Manager, you will:

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
Drive new and used vehicle volume, gross, and performance
Implement modern sales processes and accountability
Work closely with F&I; and senior leadership to maximize results
Set the tone for culture, professionalism, and urgency on the sales floor

Who We’re Looking For

Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager (Ford experience is an asset, not required)
Strong closer and even stronger leader
Process-driven, numbers-focused, and growth-minded
Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment




Someone who wants more responsibility, more income, and a future GM role

Compensation & Growth

Income potential: $100000–$160,000+ annually, based on performance
Competitive salary plus aggressive performance bonuses
