130+ hours/week — $1,000
Commission becomes payable once the new client has:

Valid driver's licence and reliable personal vehicle
Security industry experience and a proven client-conversion track record are mandatory for this position.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and connect with key decision-makers
Arrange and attend prospective client meetings
Assess client security requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
Professionally present Praetorian Protection Services and its capabilities
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and business opportunities
Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with prospective clients
Negotiate opportunities and assist in closing long-term security contracts
Develop and maintain relationships with newly acquired clients
Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and active opportunities
Track leads, meetings, proposals, negotiations, contracts, and conversions
Provide regular business development progress reports to management
Initial 90-Day Performance Period
The first 3 months will serve as an initial performance evaluation period.
During this period, the contractor will be expected to demonstrate consistent prospecting, client engagement, meetings, proposal activity, follow-ups, negotiations, and successful client conversions.
90-Day Client Acquisition Goals
Minimum Benchmark: Approximately 6 qualified long-term clients
Target: 8 qualified long-term clients
Stretch Target: 10+ qualified long-term clients
A qualifying client should generally require approximately 40–50 or more recurring security service hours per week.
Alternative Weekly-Hours Performance Target
Praetorian Protection Services recognizes that contract sizes vary.
Performance will therefore not be measured solely by the number of clients acquired.
Securing fewer,
larger clients that collectively generate approximately 350–400+ new recurring security hours per week may meet or exceed the 90-day business development expectations.
The overall value, size, quality, and long-term potential of the contracts secured will be considered when evaluating performance.
90-Day Progress Expectations
Month 1 – Pipeline Development & Initial Conversions
Develop a strong qualified prospect pipeline
Target 100+ qualified prospects
Conduct approximately 10–15 decision-maker meetings
Target approximately 1–2 signed clients
Month 2 – Conversion & Expansion
Continue active prospecting and follow-ups
Conduct additional decision-maker meetings
Maintain an active proposal and negotiation pipeline
Target approximately 2–3 additional signed clients
Month 3 – Closing & Contract
Growth Focus on converting active opportunities
Continue developing new prospects
Target approximately 2–3 additional signed clients
Work toward achieving the overall client and/or recurring weekly-hours target
Performance Evaluation
Performance during the initial 90-day period will be evaluated based on:
Qualified leads generated
Decision-maker meetings completed
Proposals submitted
Follow-up and prospecting activity
Active negotiations
Contracts in the closing stage
Successfully converted clients
Total recurring weekly security hours generated
Quality and long-term potential of acquired accounts
Ability to establish and maintain professional client relationships
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate already understands how security contracts are sold and closed.
You should be comfortable taking an opportunity from initial prospecting through decision-maker contact, meetings, needs assessment, proposal development, follow-up, negotiation, and ultimately closing the contract.
We are particularly interested in candidates with an established professional network and a demonstrated history of generating new business within the private security industry.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced security business development professional who wants fixed monthly compensation combined with performance-based earning potential.
Applicants without relevant security industry experience or a proven history of client acquisition may not be considered.
Pay: $3,000.00 per month
Work Location: On the road
