Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced team member to join our vibrant pizza restaurant! Duties

- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and freshness.
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, accurately processing orders, payments, and refunds while handling cash and credit transactions responsibly.
- Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve customers promptly and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Assist with food handling procedures, adhering strictly to food safety regulations and sanitation protocols.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.
- Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions about menu options, and resolving any concerns professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area,



dining space, and equipment in compliance with health standards.

Experience

- Proven food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, preferably within the pizza or food industry.
- Familiarity with cashiering duties using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of food preparation techniques, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in serving customers with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, order calculations, and transaction accuracy.
- Prior restaurant experience that highlights teamwork, multitasking abilities, and upselling skills is highly desirable.

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
