Key Responsibilities

- Maintenance & Repairs: Perform general repairs in guest rooms and public areas, including painting, drywall, lighting, and plumbing fixes.
- Preventative Maintenance: Carry out scheduled inspections and maintenance on HVAC systems, kitchen equipment, and other mechanical machinery.
- Guest Service: Respond promptly to guest requests for repairs in roomsand communicate with professionalism.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations, including pool chemical maintenance and safety checks.
- Grounds & Facility Upkeep: Maintain exterior areas, including cleaning and landscaping duties, and maintain an inventory of supplies. Indeed +6

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Technical Knowledge:



Basic skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, pool maintenance
- Communication: Solid interpersonal skills to communicate with staff and guests.
- Physical Ability: Capable of standing/walking for long periods, bending, and lifting heavy equipment (up to 75 lbs).
- Experience: Previous experience in hotel, resort, or building maintenance is an asset
- Flexibility: Must be available to work most weekends and also some weekdays as needed

Pay: From $18.25 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 24.0 per week
