Casket Outlet is a well-established and growing company in Mississauga. We are looking for a friendly, reliable, proactive, and professional Customer Service & Sales Associate to join our team full-time.

This is a customer-facing position in a busy environment. The ideal candidate is confident communicating with customers in person, over the phone, and by email; learns quickly; pays attention to detail; and is comfortable handling multiple responsibilities throughout the day.

Immediate start available.

Location: Mississauga (Eglinton Ave E & Tomken Rd)
Hours: 9:30 AM–5:30 PM or 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
Position: Full-Time
Pay: $18–$22/hour, based on experience and qualifications
Weekend Availability: Must be available to work Saturday or Sunday

Responsibilities

- Assist customers in-store, by phone, and by email
- Answer incoming calls professionally and confidently
- Help customers select products and process orders
- Prepare quotations and accurately process customer payments
- Follow up on customer orders and inquiries
- Respond to emails and complete administrative paperwork
- Maintain accurate customer and order information
- Coordinate multiple tasks and priorities in a busy environment
- Keep the showroom organized and presentable
- Assist with packing and preparing shipments when required
- Work cooperatively with other team members




- Take initiative and complete tasks without constant supervision

Qualifications

- Excellent spoken and written English is required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and confident phone manner
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Proactive and willing to take initiative
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable handling payments and customer orders
- Able to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Good computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office
- Previous customer service, retail, sales, reception, or office experience is preferred
- Fast learner and comfortable learning detailed product information
- Looking for stable, long-term employment
- Saturday or Sunday availability is required
