About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the link between our customers and our service department, ensuring every guest feels informed, valued, and well taken care of. Key responsibilities include:

- Providing detailed information on service and repair options, including promotional packages
- Greeting customers, answering phone and email inquiries, and scheduling appointments
- Writing repair orders and estimates, verifying warranty or service contract coverage
- Communicating with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely service
- Maintaining explicit records of customer interactions and service history
- Processing payments and ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process

What We’re Looking For

- A friendly, professional communicator with a customer-first attitude
- Experience in automotive service, retail, or customer service is a strong asset
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks




- Excellent problem-solving and sales abilities
- Comfort working both independently and as part of a supportive team
- A valid driver’s license
