Automotive Service Advisor

Collingwood Hyundai is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Service Advisor to join our team in our Store. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring our customers' vehicles are serviced and repaired to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and listen to their concerns about their vehicles
- Provide estimates for services and repairs
- Schedule appointments for customers and follow up on service progress
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure work is completed on time and within budget
- Explain repairs and services to customers in a clear and understandable manner
- Upsell recommended services and products to customers
- Maintain accurate records of all services and repairs
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
