Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at U-Haul. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with their equipment rental needs and ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Your contributions will be vital in upholding our commitment to exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

- Assist customers with inquiries regarding equipment rentals and services.
- Provide information on pricing, availability, and rental procedures.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.




- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain customer records.
- Communicate effectively with customers over the phone and in person.
- Promote additional services and products to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

- Proven experience in customer service roles is preferred.
- Solid communication skills in English; bilingual abilities (French) are a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Sales experience is an asset but not required.
