Responsibilities

- Perform eyelash extension applications with attention to detail, ensuring safety and customer satisfaction
- Deliver personalized consultations to understand each client’s desired look and recommend suitable lash styles
- Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards throughout all procedures to ensure client safety
- Provide excellent guest services by creating a friendly, skilled atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
- Assist with retail sales of lash products, makeup, nail care items, and other beauty accessories through product demos and upselling techniques
- Support front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, managing client records,



and answering inquiries promptly
- Promote additional services like body waxing, hair styling, or makeup application to enhance the overall client experience

Requirements

- Proven experience or certification in eyelash extensions; additional skills in makeup application, nail care, or body waxing are a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills to connect with diverse clients confidently
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and commitment to maintaining a clean work environment
- Ability to multitask efficiently at the front desk while delivering high-quality beauty services
- Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred; enthusiasm for upselling and product demos is highly valued
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or peak hours as needed in a fast-paced setting
- A passion for the beauty industry and staying current with trends in lash artistry and overall wellness

Pay: $15.00-$49.80 per hour
