Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage cleaning staff across multiple locations.
- Train, guide, and support team members to ensure quality standards are met.
- Schedule staff and manage daily operations efficiently.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment inventory.
- Handle employee concerns and communicate effectively with management and clients.
- Ensure health and safety standards are followed at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7-8 years of cleaning industry experience.
- Previous supervisory or team management experience required.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must possess a valid Alberta Class 5 Driver's License.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Must be reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.
