Job description: St. Lawrence Pools and Hot Tubs is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This position combines front-line customer service and sales responsibilities with a variety of administrative and office support duties. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with customers, processing transactions, maintaining records, and supporting daily business operations. Evenings and Weekends are required for this position.

We are seeking sales associates with an eye for detail and a passion for retail. Key Responsibilities

- Maintaining an organized, clean, and attractive retail environment.
- Assisting customers over phone, email or in person in selecting products and providing product knowledge and recommendations.
- Processing orders, invoices and POS transactions for customer specific orders and stock items.




- Managing communications with current and potential customers via email & CRM systems to ensure timely response.
- Sales consultations for new Hot Tubs, Swimspas, Pools and other high-ticket items.
- Assisting with other administration duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.

Qualifications

- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to lift up to 40lb and stand for extended periods.
- Previous retail sales, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
- Experience with swimming pools, hot tubs, patio furniture or exercise equipment considered an asset but not required.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
