Role Overview

The Nurse Practitioner (NP) provides advanced clinical oversight, establishes medical directives, and ensures regulatory compliance across all nursing services. This role combines strategic clinical framework, team supervision, and direct care for clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Initiate Medical Directives: Authorize, update, and monitor Medical Directives and protocols—incorporating recommendations from pharmacists, dieticians and physicians to define explicit scope-of-practice boundaries, contraindications, and treatment parameters for nursing staff.
- Clinical Supervision & Escalation: Act as the primary clinical resource for nursing staff, providing daily oversight and stepping in as the escalation point for patients presenting with complex medical histories or higher-risk profiles.
- Patient Care & Prescribing:



Conduct virtual and in-person consultations, order blood work requisitions, manage prescriptions, and evaluate treatment suitability for patients.
- On-Demand Consultation: Maintain availability during clinic operating hours to provide assessment or support for pre-scheduled clients requiring NP involvement.
- Quality Assurance & Safety: Oversee clinical protocols, participate in quality audits, and ensure all care aligns with CNO standards, privacy legislation, and clinic policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing.
- 3+ years of Clinic Management experience (Required).
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (Required for client assessments).
- Strong clinical knowledge of IV infusion therapy, pharmacology, and wellness protocols (or commitment to master clinic offerings quickly).
- Ability to work on-call.
- Within 5 km of the clinic postal code.

Pay: From $65.00 per hour
