Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Restock products and organize warehouse inventory
- Keep the warehouse, showroom, and work areas clean and organized
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders
- Prepare drop-ship and courier shipments
- Deliver products to local customers
- Receive and organize incoming shipments
- Assist with inventory counts and stock management
- Upload and update products on Shopify
- Enter product information, pricing, descriptions, and images
- Print shipping labels and prepare packages for courier pickup
- Assist walk-in customers with product selection
- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs
- Upsell and cross-sell related products when appropriate
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Maintain product knowledge to help answer customer questions




- Assist with other general warehouse and business duties as required

Requirements

- Valid driver’s licence and a good driving record
- Comfortable making local deliveries
- Basic computer knowledge
- Experience with Shopify is an asset
- Robust customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable recommending and selling products
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Able to lift and move boxes and products
- Willing to learn about professional beauty and salon products

Experience

Previous experience in warehouse operations, e-commerce, shipping and receiving, retail sales, customer service, or delivery is preferred but not required. Training can be provided.

Position: Full-Time / Part-TimeIndustry: Professional Beauty & Salon Products

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
