Vista Geomatics Ltd is a mid-sized, multi-disciplined and well-established land survey company, based in Calgary, AB.

Currently we are looking for suitable candidates for the following:

Real Property Report (RPR) Coordinator – Municipal Division

Key duties (including but not limited to):

- Setup of job files
- Conduct searches using Spin II
- Data entry and maintenance of data integrity
- Regular interaction with builders, field crews, management, customers, local municipalities, and accounting
- Tracking and invoicing of Real Property Reports
- Filing, scanning, copying, and faxing of documents, when required
- Cross train and provide backup when necessary for the Construction Coordinator




- Daily reception backup for lunch breaks and/or vacation coverage
- Other duties as assigned by the manager(s)

The successful candidate will have / be:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, responsible, accurate, self-motivated, and a mature individual with problem solving skills
- Able to work well with limited supervision but still as part of a team in a busy role
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Preference given to those with knowledge of BuildPro / SupplyPro and Spin II
- Some knowledge of the land survey industry would be a definite asset
