We are seeking an experienced Siding Foreman to independently oversee exterior construction projects throughout British Columbia.

The Foreman will manage a crew of approximately 4 to 6 workers and be responsible for day-to-day site operations, productivity, quality, safety, scheduling, and project coordination. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager and Project Managers.

Candidates must have a reliable vehicle and be willing to travel or temporarily relocate across BC as required. Living Out Allowance will be provided for qualifying out-of-town projects.

Duties

- Lead and supervise a siding crew of approximately 3 to 6 workers
- Independently manage day-to-day operations of assigned projects
- Plan work and ensure project schedules, deadlines, and production targets are met
- Monitor labour productivity, project progress, materials, and overall job performance
- Read and interpret construction drawings, elevations, details, and project specifications
- Ensure installations meet company, project, and manufacturer quality standards
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager, Project Managers, site superintendents, general contractors, suppliers, and other trades
- Provide regular progress updates, photos, and site reporting to management
- Identify and report delays, deficiencies, material shortages, scope changes, and other project concerns
- Coordinate material, equipment, access, and manpower requirements
- Ensure crew hours and attendance are accurately reported
- Enforce company safety requirements, PPE, fall protection, and site-specific safety procedures
- Maintain company tools, equipment, and an organized professional job site
- Assist with installation and problem-solving when required

Requirements

- Previous Foreman,



Lead Hand, or Crew Lead experience in siding, exterior cladding, building envelope, or related construction
- Strong siding and exterior installation knowledge
- Ability to independently manage a project and crew
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
- Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage deadlines, productivity expectations, quality, and project costs
- Professional communication with superintendents, contractors, clients, and management
- Valid driver's licence and reliable personal vehicle
- Willingness and ability to travel and temporarily relocate throughout British Columbia
- Reliable smartphone for communication, reporting, photos, and time tracking
- Relevant safety certifications such as Fall Protection, WHMIS, EWP/Aerial Lift, and First Aid are considered assets

We are looking for a dependable and experienced Foreman who can take ownership of a project, lead a crew professionally, communicate clearly with management and site representatives, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Pay: $30.00-$42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week

Experience:

- Siding: 2 years (preferred)
- Construction: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
- Fall protection certification (preferred)
- Aerial Work Platform (AWP) Certification (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
