Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Volleyball Coach to lead our team in developing skills, fostering teamwork, and promoting a love for the game. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in volleyball, with the ability to educate players of varying skill levels. This role requires a commitment to creating a positive and encouraging environment where athletes can thrive both on and off the court.
Duties
- Plan and conduct effective training sessions that focus on skill development, teamwork, and game strategy.
- Educate players on the rules of volleyball, techniques, and strategies to enhance their performance.
- Assess individual player skills and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Organize and oversee practices, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Foster a team-oriented atmosphere that encourages sportsmanship and respect among players.
- Communicate regularly with players and their families regarding progress, expectations, and any concerns.
- Coordinate with other coaches and staff to plan competitions, tournaments, and events.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of volleyball rules, techniques, and strategies.
- Ability to educate and motivate athletes of all ages and skill levels.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey instructions and feedback.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire teamwork and collaboration.
- Experience in coaching or playing volleyball at a competitive level is preferred.

Job Type: Part time
Pay: $2,000.00-$3,000.00 per year
