Responsibilities

- Engage with prospective and current customers in-store, by phone and through messaging to recommend tailored mobile products, plans, and accessories.
- Perform detailed device diagnostics, troubleshooting, and screen/battery repairs on various mobile devices and smartphones.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and consult with customers to provide best-in-class service under the TELUS family of brands.
- Achieve and exceed personal sales targets by leveraging our uncapped commission structure.
- Support customers during the setup and onboarding process, ensuring seamless device transfers and account configurations.




- Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends in a fast-paced retail team setting.

Experience & Skills

- Hands-on experience with mobile phone repair, device diagnostics, or hardware troubleshooting.
- Proven track record in retail sales, customer service, or technical consultation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into simple, practical solutions for everyday customers.
- Ability to multitask, manage repair queues and adapt to changing daily retail priorities.
- High enthusiasm for technology, mobile devices and delivering standout customer experiences.
