Duties

- Perform professional haircuts, trims, shaves, and styling services tailored to each client’s preferences and facial features
- Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering expert grooming recommendations
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all tools, workstations, and common areas to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Upsell additional services or retail products such as hair care or grooming accessories to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
- Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and answering customer inquiries with a friendly attitude




- Stay current with the latest grooming trends and techniques through ongoing training and professional development
- Build strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat visits

Requirements

- Proven experience in barbering or hair styling with a strong portfolio of work showcasing your skills
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with diverse clients and team members
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper sterilization procedures for tools and equipment
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Strong organizational skills for managing appointments, front desk duties, and retail sales
- A valid barber license or certification as required by local regulations
- Passion for grooming trends, customer service excellence, and creating a welcoming atmosphere

Pay: $18.25-$25.00 per hour
