Jaguar Land Rover Hunt Club, a proud member of the Mark Motors Group, is looking for a Parts Consultant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys working with customers, supporting technicians, and contributing to the success of a busy dealership environment.

Customer & Technician Support

- Provide prompt, courteous, and productive service to technicians, retail customers, and wholesale accounts.

- Handle telephone inquiries and parts orders for both wholesale and retail clients.

- Inform customers when special‑order parts arrive and assist with next steps as needed.

- Work with the tire coordinator to contact customers regarding damaged, worn, or punctured tires and provide information needed to purchase replacements.

Parts Ordering, Sales & Documentation

- Process and maintain records of all special‑order parts.

- Provide required information for special or emergency parts orders.

- Promote additional parts sales by suggesting related products, seasonal items, and upgrades.

Inventory, Warranty & Returns Management

- Ensure defective warranty parts returned by technicians are properly identified and placed in the designated warranty return area.

- Examine returned parts for defects and issue exchanges or credits as appropriate.

- Notify the Parts Manager of any inventory discrepancies or irregularities.

- Arrange delivery or shipment of parts as required to meet customer and internal timelines.

Accounts & Administration

- Initiate credit applications for new accounts and verify credit requests as needed.

- Maintain accurate records related to parts orders, returns, invoicing, and account activity.

Accessory Installation & Support





- Periodically install accessories on customer vehicles, such as roof racks, floor mats, and similar add‑ons.

Organization & Housekeeping

- Maintain a clean, organized workspace in the retail counter area, warehouse, and parts storage areas, including sweeping, dusting, and general upkeep.

Requirements

- Previous retail, customer service, warehouse, or automotive experience.

- Basic knowledge of automotive or equipment parts and components.

- Experience handling cash, point-of-sale systems, or inventory.
