Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled, passionate Lash, Brow, and Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in lash extensions, lash lifts, manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art, brow shaping, tinting, and lamination, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

Lash Services

Perform professional lash extensions, including Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and other lash styles

Provide lash lift and lash tint services

Perform lash fills, maintenance, and safe lash removal

Customize lash styles based on each client’s eye shape, natural lashes, and desired look

Provide proper lash aftercare instructions and recommendations

Nail Services

Perform professional manicures and pedicures

Provide gel polish and nail enhancement/extension services

Perform nail fills, shaping, cuticle care, removal, and maintenance

Create clean, polished, and customized nail results based on client preferences

Maintain proper nail health, hygiene, and sanitation standards

Brow Services

Perform professional brow shaping

Provide brow tinting and lamination





Provide brow mapping and customized brow design based on the client’s facial features and desired look

Educate clients on brow maintenance and aftercare

Client Experience & Studio Standards

Conduct professional consultations before services

Recommend appropriate treatments based on individual client needs and preferences

Deliver attentive, friendly, and personalized customer service

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment setting

Follow BSC’s standards for sanitation, hygiene, safety, and service quality

Maintain and properly organize tools, products, and treatment supplies

Stay up to date with current lash, nail, brow, and beauty trends and techniques

Support the team in creating a professional and welcoming environment for all clients

Requirements

1+ years of hands-on experience providing professional lash, nail, and/or brow services

Skilled certification, diploma, or training in Lash, Nail, Brow, or a related field

Knowledge of beauty/skincare content trends

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Previous experience in a spa, salon, beauty studio, or luxury service environment is an asset

Location: Downtown Barrie, ON

Schedule: Flexible schedule; weekdays and Weekends required

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
