Title: Bakery Staff

Work Location: 6958 Palm Ave, Burnaby, BC V5J 4M3

Wage:$18.50~$22

Hours of Work: 35 – 40 hours per week;

Terms of Employment: Full time, Permanent

Benefit: extended health and dental

Positions Available: 1

Job Duties:

- Baking various baked goods according to established recipes.
- Ensuring the quality of products meets established standards.
- Baking bread and croissants.
- Icing, decorating, and finishing cakes
- Maintaining an inventory record for baking supplies.
- Monitoring and maintaining the proper oven temperature.
- Restocking bakery display

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 1-year working experience in bakery or equivalent culinary school experience preferred
- Able to lift 45 pounds
- Flexible to work in early morning, weekends, and holidays
- First Aid or Food Safety certification is an asset.
