About the Role :

As your day to day, you'll connect with customers, understand their needs, and recommend solutions that create value. Every day gives you the opportunity to strengthen your communication skills, build confidence, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

You'll represent well-established brands while delivering an exceptional customer experience with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build positive relationships with new and existing customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Strengthen your communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills




- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and team goals
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up when needed
- Represent the company and our partners with professionalism and integrity

What We're Looking For :

- Strong communication
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Reliable, coachable, and eager to grow
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment

· Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing or other client-facing roles is an asset, but not required.

· Full training is provided.
