Role:
We are currently seeking an Associate Program Analyst. This is a process-driven, high-volume administrative role. Day-to-day, you will execute the same core tasks repeatedly and with precision - preparing, submitting, tracking, and documenting change orders - to keep the program running efficiently and in alignment with contractual requirements.

Responsibilites:

- Prepare, submit, and follow up on a high volume of change order submissions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely turnaround
- Maintain and update change order records continuously, documenting all requests, approvals, and revisions in Salesforce
- Ensure all change orders comply with contract requirements and internal procedures
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather required information, confirm work-scope completion, and identify discrepancies or missing details




- Execute high-volume, repetitive daily administrative tasks with a consistently high level of precision
- Perform other duties as required, requested, or assigned

Education, Training & Experience:

- 1–3 years of office or administrative experience, ideally in data entry, change order management, or process-driven roles
- Experience in the utilities or construction industry is considered an asset

Skills & Abilities:

- Professional and collaborative when working with internal teams and external partners
- Comfort with repetitive, process-driven work done at high volume
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage recurring tasks efficiently over sustained periods
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/project tracking systems is an asset
- Willingness to learn industry-specific processes, including power line construction and utility operations (training provided)

Pay: $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
