Our client is a global leader in hearing healthcare and is seeking a Hearing Instrument Specialist, Hearing Instrument Practitioner, or Audiologist to join its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused hearing healthcare professional who enjoys combining clinical expertise, relationship building, consultative sales, and community engagement.
The Role
You’ll own the customer journey from comprehensive hearing assessments and personalized consultations through hearing aid fittings, education, troubleshooting, and ongoing after-care.
Clinical & Customer Care
- Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and explain results clearly to clients and families.
- Educate clients on hearing loss, hearing health, and available solutions.
- Provide personalized recommendations based on hearing needs, lifestyle, and budget.
- Demonstrate, fit, and dispense hearing aids and related products.
- Provide follow-up, adjustments, troubleshooting, and after-care.
- Maintain accurate client records in accordance with privacy and healthcare requirements.
Sales & Business Development
- Take a consultative approach to recommending hearing solutions and accessories.
- Manage the customer journey from initial consultation through purchase and ongoing care.
- Contribute to individual and clinic revenue goals.
- Partner with the Client Care Coordinator to deliver an efficient, positive experience.
- Build long-term relationships and encourage referrals.
Community Engagement
- Participate in local outreach and hearing health awareness initiatives.
- Build relationships with community partners and referral sources.
- Support local marketing, events, and educational activities.
- Represent the organization professionally within the community.
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma from a recognized Hearing Instrument Specialist/Hearing Instrument Practitioner program or a Master’s degree in Audiology.
- Current registration and good standing with the applicable provincial regulatory college or governing body.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for helping people.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Comfortable in a consultative sales environment and working toward revenue goals.
- Robust organization and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Windows-based systems, CRM, and POS technology.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a broader team.

- $80,000–$110,000 base salary + incentives
