MALE PSW

We are looking for an experienced and reliable mature, young at heart, MALE PSW to provide care and support to our young adult son. Both in our home and community. Located in Barrie, ON.

Preferred qualifications and experience:

* Strong physical capability to safely assist with transfers, mobility, and other physically demanding care needs.

* English proficiency sufficient for transparent communication with the individual and family.

* Previous experience working in home-care or hospital settings is required.

* Experience providing hands-on personal care and assisting with mobility and daily activities.

* We are specifically seeking someone with home-care and/or hospital experience rather than primarily senior or long-term-care experience.

* Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

* Monday, Wednesday, and alternate Saturdays. 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, respectful, physically capable, and comfortable providing hands-on care in a private home environment.
