KB Racking

Canada

KB RACKING is a leading solar company specializing in the development, design, and manufacture of commercial PV mounting solutions for rooftops across North America. Since 2010, we’ve supported over 150 MW of clean energy across 600+ projects in the U.S. and Canada.

We are growing quickly and building the internal systems that allow us to scale engineering, reduce turnaround times, and support customers across multiple jurisdictions.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Project Manager is a high-impact role responsible for managing commercial solar projects from initial engagement through completion. This position combines project management, technical coordination, customer service, and process improvement to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard. You will report directly to the Director of Engineering and Project Management.

You will work directly with customers, internal engineering and operations teams, and external stakeholders to coordinate project requirements, resolve issues, and keep projects moving forward. You will also develop a strong understanding of KB Racking’s mounting systems, layouts, engineering requirements, and ballasting methodologies so you can provide customers with knowledgeable and practical support.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and enjoys solving problems. You will have visibility across the organization and play an important role in improving how KB Racking delivers projects and supports its customers.
