Responsibilities

- Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires using hand tools and power tools efficiently and safely
- Inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation to ensure vehicle safety and optimal performance
- Communicate clearly with customers to explain services, answer questions, and recommend tire solutions
- Lift heavy tires safely during installation and removal to prevent injury while maintaining productivity
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and properly dispose of old tires and materials in accordance with safety standards




- Assist with sales by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable tire products or maintenance services

Experience

- Dealership experience or automotive repair background highly preferred
- Hands-on mechanic experience demonstrating mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems
- Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment in an automotive setting
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during tire installation or removal
- Knowledge of automotive repair procedures, tire sales, and basic vehicle maintenance practices
