We are looking for a Part Time / Casual Cataloguing / General Assistant. The position is based out of our Springside or Yorkton locations or on location in the surrounding area. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8am-6pm, schedule and hours will vary according to business needs.

Ukrainetz Auction is a local consignment and auction house. We run auctions on a regular schedule, typically weekly. Auctions can be run from our facility in Springside or Yorkton or out on location in any of the surrounding areas.

Duties include:

- Photography of auction lots

(with your personal high resolution cell camera. Cell allowance provided)

- Uploading pictures to the auction website
- Cleaning and sorting and light duty maintenance of incoming items
- Customer service and cleaning support
- Answering phones, filing, changing outdoor signs, etc.
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Time Management / Sense of Urgency




- Ability to pivot tasks at a moments notice
- Can read, write and speak English
- Can lift and move heavy items with assistance

(shop provided tools)

- Must be willing to work outdoors and must have appropriate footwear and clothing for varying weather conditions .
- Willingness to learn
- Can work under pressure/ tight deadlines
- Transportation to and from Springside (company vehicle to be used off location)
