About the Role

As a Shelby’s Associate, you’ll work closely with our owners and managers to create the Legendary Shawarma experience for every guest. You’ll help maintain excellent food quality, cleanliness, efficiency, and customer service throughout every shift.

What You’ll Do

- Prepare and serve Legendary Shawarma
- Provide an exceptional guest experience
- Take orders, handle cash, and process transactions accurately
- Prepare food according to Shelby’s standards
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Follow all hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and welcoming
- Work as part of a team to keep operations smooth and efficient
- Support opening and closing duties when required

What We’re Looking For

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Energetic, reliable, and responsible
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment




- Strong customer-service skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to follow instructions and Shelby’s operating standards
- Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is an asset
- Previous restaurant experience is not required for the right candidate

- Experience: Restaurant experience is an asset
- Food Handler Certification: Required
