Daldongnae Korean BBQ is looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is organized, responsible, and comfortable leading a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 to less than 3 years of relevant restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Fluent in English or French
- Ability to work in office
- Ability to manage and supervise a team of 11–15 employees
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Quebec liquor laws and regulations is an asset

Responsibilities

- Oversee and evaluate daily restaurant operations
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Supervise and train restaurant staff
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
- Recruit and assist with hiring new employees
- Prepare and manage staff work schedules
- Ensure excellent customer service




- Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Ensure compliance with Quebec liquor laws and regulations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
- Support the team and ensure smooth restaurant operations
