We are seeking a motivated and skilled Equipment Operator to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will operate a variety of heavy machinery to support construction projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and precision at every stage. Responsibilities

- Operate heavy equipment including dozers, excavators, loaders, backhoes, graders, and pavers with precision and safety awareness
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on equipment such as Caterpillar machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Assist in site preparation activities like grading, excavation, and horizontal drilling to lay the groundwork for construction projects
- Support paving operations by managing asphalt spreaders and related machinery to achieve smooth, durable surfaces
- Drive commercial vehicles as needed to transport equipment, materials, or personnel between sites




- Follow all safety protocols and construction standards while maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to execute project plans efficiently and meet deadlines

Experience

- Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as dozers, excavators, loaders, backhoes, graders, and pavers
- Mechanical knowledge of heavy machinery maintenance and troubleshooting techniques
- Familiarity with Caterpillar equipment brands is highly desirable
- Prior construction experience involving site grading, paving, or horizontal drilling is preferred
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or equivalent certification for operating large vehicles
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation in a construction setting
- Ability to adapt quickly to different machinery and project requirements while maintaining high safety standards

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
