We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated AZ Truck Driver to join our transportation team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely operating heavy-duty trucks to transport freight across various routes, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining the highest safety standards. Your expertise in commercial driving, heavy equipment operation, and automotive repair will be essential to keep our operations running smoothly. Responsibilities

- Safely operate AZ class trucks to transport freight over long or short distances, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, including checking brakes, tires, lights, and fluid levels
- Load and unload freight using forklifts or other heavy equipment when necessary, ensuring proper handling and securement of cargo
- Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle logs in compliance with company policies
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff,



and clients to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues promptly
- Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting as needed to address minor mechanical issues during routes
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to hours-of-service regulations

Requirements

- Valid AZ commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Proven experience in commercial driving and freight transportation
- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts safely and efficiently
- Knowledge of automotive repair basics for troubleshooting minor vehicle issues
- Solid understanding of safety procedures related to trucking and freight handling
- Physical ability to lift heavy loads and perform manual tasks when required
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward safety and customer service
