Sierra Dental is looking for two part-time or full-time Registered Dental Hygienists to join our team! We’re a fun, patient-focused clinic that truly enjoys what we do. Schedule – Signal Hill:
· Mondays 1:00pm-8:30pm
· Tuesdays 1:00pm-8:30pm
· Thursdays 1:00pm-8:30pm
· Fridays 6:30am-3:00pm
· Saturdays 7:30am-4:00pm (1 every 4 weeks)

*The above schedule may be split into a part-time position.

Additional weekend opportunities:
· Saturdays 7:30am-4:00pm (1-3 Saturdays a month)

Schedule – Seton:
· Tuesdays 1:00pm-8:30pm
· Fridays 6:30am-3:00pm
· Saturdays 7:30am-4:00pm (1 every 4 weeks)

Key Responsibilities:
· Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including assessments, scaling, root planing, polishing, fluoride treatments, and periodontal charting.
· Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventative care, and treatment recommendations.
· Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment notes in ClearDent.
· Collaborate with the dentist and dental team to support coordinated, patient-focused care.
· Follow all infection prevention, sterilization,



and operatory cleanliness protocols.
· Support a smooth clinic flow by maintaining organized, clean, and fully stocked operatories.
· Build strong patient relationships and schedule follow-up and hygiene appointments.
· Assist with recall and follow-up calls/texts to help maintain a full schedule.

What We’re Looking For:
· Minimum 1 year of experience as a dental hygienist
· Solid attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
· Familiarity with Cleardent is an asset
· Experienced in perio hygiene is an asset
