Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly, listen carefully to their vehicle concerns, and accurately document their needs.
- Communicate clearly with customers about recommended repairs, services, and costs, ensuring transparency at every step.
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and provide realistic timeframes for service completion.
- Upsell additional services or maintenance based on vehicle needs while maintaining integrity and customer trust.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, process payments accurately, and manage all related documentation.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage ongoing maintenance.
- Maintain detailed records of service orders, customer interactions,



and sales activities to support smooth operations.

Skills

- Proven dealership experience with a strong understanding of automotive sales and service processes.
- Mechanical knowledge gained through mechanic experience or automotive repair background.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally.
- Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining honesty and integrity.
- Experience handling cash transactions accurately and managing related paperwork.
- Robust organizational skills to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- A proactive attitude with a passion for cars and helping customers get back on the road safely.
