Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Mechanical Designer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing plumbing and HVAC systems for building utilizing advanced CAD software to create detailed design drawings. This role requires a robust foundation in mechanical engineering principles, as well as proficiency in various design tools.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. 2+ years experience in Building Engineering - HVAC and Plumbing System Design

2. Strong AutoCAD and Revit skills.

3.



Understanding of architectural and structural drawings

4. Coordinate with engineers, clients and contractors.

5. Sprinkler design is an asset.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

7. Valid BC driver license, able to conduct site visit and attend site meeting.

EDUCATION

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Engineering Technology from BCIT or equivalent college

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
