A. Berger Precision Ltd. is currently looking for two experienced Industrial Electricians to join its manufacturing team in Brampton.

This is a hands-on role responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems and equipment throughout the plant. The successful candidates will support preventive and predictive maintenance programs while helping ensure equipment operates safely, efficiently and in compliance with applicable electrical standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment throughout the plant.
- Perform preventive and predictive electrical maintenance on machinery and equipment.
- Develop and support preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and identify appropriate repairs and solutions.
- Ensure equipment meets applicable Ontario requirements and Canadian Electrical Code standards.
- Perform electrical pre-checks on new incoming machinery and support equipment installations.
- Support the installation of transformers, wiring and electrical components for new machinery.
- Maintain appropriate electrical spare parts and assist with inventory control.
- Identify opportunities to improve the electrical efficiency and reliability of equipment.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to apprentices when required.
- Maintain accurate communication with supervisors,



maintenance personnel and other team members regarding equipment performance and electrical issues.
- Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

- Journeyman Electrician Licence required.
- Industrial/manufacturing electrical maintenance experience strongly preferred.
- Strong electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Electronics background is an asset.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong mathematical and technical skills.
- Grade 12 education or a minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
- Ability to work effectively with maintenance, production and management teams.
- Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
- Must be flexible to work day and afternoon shifts and weekends when required.

Pay: $36.00-$44.00 per hour
