The role
You lead the floor on shift. You keep the team moving, the food right and the guests looked after, hour by hour, working alongside them wherever the shift needs you. When something bigger comes up, you won't be left to carry it on your own.
What you'll do
- Set the shift up. The right people on the right stations, everything ready before the doors open.
- Hold the standard on the food. Every burger the same as the last, and if it isn't right, it doesn't go out.
- Lead the floor in a rush, so orders stay right and guests stay looked after.
- Train new starters, and never leave anyone alone on a station before they're ready.
- Handle tills and cash-outs, and keep the cleaning, temperature and waste records straight.

About you
- Restaurant experience, ideally some of it leading a shift or a team.
- Calm when it's busy, and explicit and kind when you give feedback.
- Organised and reliable without someone over your shoulder.
- On your feet for a full shift, able to lift stock safely, and free to work openings, closings, weekends and holidays.
