We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented team member to join our kitchen production team. If you have some culinary or food processing experience and want predictable weekday hours in a modern, supportive facility, we’ll provide the hands-on training to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do

- Prep & Cook: Measure and prep raw ingredients and spices for sauces, dressings, and specialty items. Learn to use industrial kettles, steamers, and skillets.
- Recipe Precision: Accurately follow production recipes, batch sheets,



and allergen protocols.
- Sanitation & Safety: Execute daily cleaning schedules and adhere strictly to 4-step washing procedures (Rinse, Soap, Sanitize, Dry).
- Digital Logging: Accurately log batch details, temperatures, and cleaning tasks using a company tablet/iPad.
- Facility Upkeep: Maintain an organized, safe station and handle waste removal as needed.

What You Bring

- Experience: Prior background in commercial cooking, food service prep, or food processing is preferred, paired with relevant formal education or certifications.
- Physical Capability: Comfortable standing for up to 8 hours per shift and lifting up to 50 lbs safely.
- Adaptability: Able to transition between warm kitchen production areas and cold storage (10°C) environments.
- Foundational Skills: Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English; proficient with basic math for scaling ingredients.
- Location: Must currently reside in the greater Edmonton / Sherwood Park area (no relocation assistance provided).

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
