Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and accurately log incoming parts shipments using dealership inventory systems and POS (Point of Sale) software.
- Organize and store parts efficiently to facilitate quick retrieval and order fulfillment.
- Assist customers in person, over the phone, or via email by providing product information, pricing, and availability.
- Process sales transactions accurately through the POS system while handling cash, credit cards, or digital payments with professionalism.
- Maintain clean and organized parts storage areas to ensure safety and accessibility for team members and customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote parts specials,



marketing initiatives, and upsell opportunities.
- Support inventory management tasks such as stock counts, reorder processes, and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) updates when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal departments to coordinate order fulfillment and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while answering inquiries or scheduling appointments with clarity and courtesy.

Qualifications

- Previous dealership experience or familiarity with parts is highly preferred.
- Experience with POS systems, retail sales, cashiering, and order fulfillment processes.
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking
- Ability to handle cash accurately while demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
