About Us:

Lee’s Trees Ltd. is looking for a Certified Arborist to join our team in a full-time position. We are an established company offering secure, year-round work. Our diverse projects span throughout the Lower Mainland and include municipal contracts, landscape construction, tree planting, and large-scale tree relocation.

In this role, you will work alongside our crews on a variety of high-profile municipal tree and landscape projects, focusing on high-quality arboriculture practices across the Lower Mainland.

What You'll Do:

- Arboriculture Care & Oversight: Perform and oversee tree planting, precision pruning, general maintenance, tree health evaluations, and large-scale tree relocations.
- Hands-on Leadership: Lead by example, working alongside field crews to manage daily operations smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
- Project Coordination: Oversee diverse outdoor projects and municipal contracts, serving as the main communication bridge between field crews and management.
- Daily Reporting & Tracking:
- Complete and submit accurate daily logs detailing materials used, project progress, and site conditions, monitor and record crew labor hours, ensuring time is properly allocated to specific tasks.
- Proactively identify and communicate job site concerns, safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or project delays to management.
- Outdoor Operations: Comfortably work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.

Requirements:

- ISA Certified Arborist: Must hold a valid,



current International Society of Arboriculture certification.
- Valid Driver’s Licence (STRICTLY REQUIRED): You MUST have a valid driver's licence and experience driving an F350 or larger to be considered for this role.
- Expertise: Strong, demonstrable knowledge of tree care, species identification, and proper arboriculture practices.
- Safety & Reliability: Must be reliable, deeply safety-conscious, and a strong team player.

Assets:

Priority will be given to candidates who possess these qualifications:

- Experience operating an excavator and other heavy machinery/equipment.
- Tree planting and tree relocation experience.
- Prior experience working on municipal project sites.
- Class 1 or Class 3 driver’s licence.
