In this essential role, you will be responsible for executing thorough cleaning and sanitation procedures across manufacturing and processing areas, ensuring that facilities meet strict health and safety standards. Duties

- Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of production equipment, floors, walls, and work surfaces using appropriate cleaning agents and tools
- Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure all areas are maintained to regulatory standards
- Use specialized cleaning equipment such as scrubbers, pressure washers, or vacuums to efficiently complete sanitation tasks
- Assist in the proper disposal of waste materials and hazardous substances in accordance with safety guidelines
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, including logs of sanitation procedures performed and areas cleaned




- Collaborate with team members to identify sanitation needs and promptly address any cleanliness issues or contamination risks
- Adhere to all safety procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to ensure a secure working environment

Experience

- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience preferred, especially within industrial or manufacturing settings
- Familiarity with industrial sanitation practices and cleaning chemicals is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following detailed instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks, lift heavy objects, and stand for extended periods
