Join a energetic dental office team as a Data Entry Specialist, where your organizational skills and attention to detail will directly contribute to the smooth operation of our practice. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing patient information, updating dental records, and supporting administrative workflows. Your proactive approach and computer proficiency will help ensure our office runs efficiently and maintains the highest standards of data integrity.

Duties

- Enter patient information into dental practice management software and databases with precision and speed. Minimum typing speed required is 55 words per minute.
- Maintain accurate electronic records by updating patient files.
- Assist with data collection tasks such as gathering insurance details.
- Support administrative tasks including data verification.
- Use Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets for tracking appointments, billing, or inventory data
- Pre-train online with Open Dental, specifically the insurance module.

Requirements





- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data entry, and familiarity with our practice dental software Open Dental.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to type quickly and accurately to meet data entry demands. Minimum typing speed required is 55 words per minute.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information confidentially while adhering to privacy standards

Pay: $18.25-$19.00 per hour
