Ayre & Oxford Inc. Professional Real Estate Management Company has been in the Property Management business for over 30 years and has a portfolio of over 200 Residential, Condominium and Commercial properties. Due to the expansion of our portfolio, we are requiring additional Maintenance Personnel to join our team. This is a permanent part-time position 4 hours per day that can lead to full-time position. Must have flexibility to work an on call rotation that will include weekends and afterhours.

Interested Applicants must:

· Property Maintenance and/or construction experience would be an asset.

· Basic skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry and drywall

· Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

· Excellent time management and organizational skills while working alone or in a team environment. Attention to detail is a must.





· Be fluent in English (written and oral)

· Be bondable and able to provide a basic police security clearance

Job duties include maintaining all sites under your supervision which include daily site attendance, inspections of all equipment, troubleshooting problems and assisting the Property Management Team with onsite requests as required.

Fuel allowance of $3.50 per hour paid monthly.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
