Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately construct formwork tailored to project specifications.
- Assemble, install, and dismantle formwork systems using hand tools and power tools with precision and safety.
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts or cranes when necessary for lifting and positioning formwork components.
- Install rebar reinforcement within formwork structures to strengthen concrete elements according to engineering plans.
- Perform concrete pouring, finishing, and restoration work to ensure smooth surfaces and structural integrity.
- Collaborate with masons, concrete finishers, and other trades to coordinate tasks efficiently during construction or renovation projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite while adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or related fields with a focus on concrete forming or masonry work.
- Mechanical knowledge including familiarity with schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, drywall installation, caulking, welding, flooring installation, and heavy lifting techniques.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively on construction sites.
- Knowledge of rebar installation, concrete finishing techniques, and restoration processes.
- Strong understanding of schematics and technical instructions for exact formwork assembly.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to read blueprints accurately and follow detailed instructions for renovation or new construction projects.

Pay: From $58.56 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
